AFTER you order a customized mug and make a payment (paypal/google express only), then the confirmation email tells you 1.The address on your payment account is where your mug is going to be sent, NO EXCEPTIONS- EVEN IF you put it a different shipping address on the form on the webpage, where this policy is NOT posted (i.e.

you can't send a GIFT from and you don't find out until you've already ordered! It's not hard to figure out why they don't tell you that ahead of time) 2. It only tells you in the confirmation email HOW LONG it takes to procces the order before shipping AFTER you make your purchase (2-6 days)- not in the "How long does it take to receive my custom decorated Gift Mugs?" section of the FAQ, where they are totally vague about it. Only at the bottom of your confirmation email AFTER you make the purchase does it say "Should this not be acceptable, then please DO NOT place your order!!" 3.

There is no telephone contact number 4.

The shipping prices are doubly inflated compared to those anywhere else, as well as time to process the order.Compare the nightmare above to which is really great and everything you would expect.
